We specialise in providing paramedic curated and instructed first aid training. We combine practical and relevant teaching (obtained from years of paramedic on-road experience) with the national gold-standards for first aid, as outlined by Australian Resuscitation Council Guidelines.

The Essentials First Aid course is applicable to all Australian individuals! Our market research has shown that whilst most people would consider first aid training as very important, the financial cost and time commitments are off-putting. The nationally accredited courses typically take between 3 and 8 hours, often with additional online learning as well as strict formative assessments.
